First and foremost, there's probably not enough room for ALL of the great things I could say. I've been seeing Dr Cortelli for many years for my eye care. Hands down, in my opinion he's the best of the best. He recently removed my cataracts and put in a new lens which I love!!! He's a great surgeon, a great doctor, and a great person. He's so darned good I told him he's never going to be able to retire! If there were more stars I'd give him 10.

I'm a 65 year old retired military officer and was referred to Dr. Cortelli by my optometrist. Pleasant and engaging, Dr. Cortelli inspires confidence from the moment he introduces himself. He thoroughly explains all aspects of cataract surgery and invites questions. His staff raves about him tells me that other medical professionals seek him out for their cataract surgeries. I’ve been going to Dr Cortelli for over 20 years. I only have good things to say about him and the office. He did both eyes for cataracts in February and I am happy happy happy with the results. It’s very nice being able to see. For the first eye, my eye was very dry for a couple of weeks but that passed and it was quickly back to normal. I don’t hesitate to recommend him.

Just completed cataract surgery and couldn't be more pleased. Dr Cortelli refused to sell me upgraded lenses due to astigmatism that I have. Other ophthalmologists in my area (Bradenton) were more that happy to sell me the upgrade. The staff is highly qualified. Well worth the hour drive to get someone I could trust.
